Tour Guide: Must be 18 or older. $15 an hour until completion of on-the-job training, then $20 an hour. Tipped position. Full and part-time available with possible overtime.

Greeter: Must be 16 or older. $15 an hour. Tipped position. Full and part-time available with possible overtime.

Barista: Must be 16 or older. $15 an hour. Tipped position. Full and part-time available with possible overtime.

Glacier Gardens Rainforest Adventure needs more people for the summer season! Do you care for the environment and our pristine Alaskan wilderness? Are you 18 years of age or older and love to interact with people?

Join the team at Glacier Gardens as a Tour Guide and share the importance of good forest management practices and how we are preserving our portion of the rainforest. Today we had a first in our 26 years of operation!

A local family asked if they could release the three butterflies they had grown at home. They are a native butterfly that was a week or so early in their hatching.

So fun to watch them adapt after being a caterpillar!

Our first day was Sunday and we are so happy to welcome people to our visitors center again!

The price for a tour is still $28.30 after tax for adults and $16.75 after tax for children ages 6-12 (5 and under are free!).

And don’t forget to mention if you’re a local; we give locals a free visitors center pass when you buy a tour at full price. This lets you bypass our admission price to the visitors center (16.75 after tax) and any tour you purchase after that would be discounted to 16.75 after tax for adults or 13.60 after tax for children ages 6-12.
