We are a le***an women focused collective who is inclusive of all qu**rs including trans and non-binary folks.

We share information and offer meetups that build community. Our mission is to inform, inspire, and invite the LGBTQ+ and allies community to come together.

We encourage anyone to host or share an event that invites the LGBTQ+ and allies to collaborate. L*z support each other’s interests, hobbies, and careers in our community!

L*z Be Adventure is partnering with Big Island Le***an/Q***r Social Club to promote a Pickleball Getaway!

November 15-17, 2024, at the Pickleball Addict’s Retreat in Mountain View.

There are 2 covered regulation size pickleball courts, and the house can accommodate 14 guests with 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, 3 bathrooms.

The cost is $190 per person, for the whole weekend. Rooms are first come first serve.

Day use available on November 16, 9am-5pm, for $25/day.

This is a casual weekend. Besides the focus being on playing pickleball, we have nothing else scheduled.
Feel free to bring games, etc.

Thinking about doing a group dinner Friday night at the Airbnb (approx $15 donation). Besides that, bring your own food for the weekend (everyone has their own dietary needs and eating schedules).

We are hosting a potluck Halloween party! 💃🎶🎃👻

We live in a big trick or treat neighborhood. We will be handing out candy to trick or treaters while also enjoying a little Halloween fun! Costumes encouraged but not required. 😄

Bring some tricks or treats, a light snack or refreshment to share but beware it’s not your wild let’s get hammered zone. ☠️

I’ll be making yummy mocktails as I’ve had to put the alcohol to rest 🪦as it’s something I can not digest. 🥴😂

I have helped start up a new le***an social club on the Big Island of Hawaii! We are doing pool partys, potlucks, beach meets, hikes and more! Very excited about it and looking forward to growing and collaborating with our community!

And this husk of individuality I’ve been shedding through the creation if not just one but two companies and that are all about community, and caring for others. It’s so important to have resources that brings us back together in a world that is pushing us into so much alone time behind computers, in cars and the hustle of life.

I went to Lahaina for the first time after the fire. On my way out I asked the universe what reverence can I give, how can I give it and praying for our community. Just as I entered and before seeing where the fires swept through Lahanai I saw this rainbow. I pulled over and just gave so much appreciation for the rainbow as for me it is a reminder that in the darkness there will always be light and this light will heal us, embrace us, and bring us home. Always! 🌈💕

In Hawaiian mythology, the rainbow is a symbol of transformation and a pathway between Earth and Heaven. In Hawaiian folklore, rainbows symbolize the veil between the realms of the gods and the realms of the humans. The rainbow acts as the celestial path by which the Hawaiian Gods come down to earth; it also acts as the pathway for souls of the dead to travel to the heavenly realms. Additionally, the Rainbow Goddess, Anuenue, acts as a messenger of the Gods.

Various tales highlight the significance of the rainbow to Hawaiian culture. The most popular is The Rainbow Maiden (also known as The Kahalaopuna). This tale tells the story of the Princess of Mānoa, a goddess born of wind and rain. Some say that Mānoa, the beautiful Rainbow Maiden, can still be seen playing whenever the light of the sun touches the mist of rain.
