If you’re a "morning person" with a winning attitude who loves keeping things moving behind the scenes, this is the role for you.
✨ THE ROLE: YOUR TYPICAL DAY
30% Dispatch: You’re the "Air Traffic Controller." You’ll get our guides fired up, manage bookings in FareHarbor, and handle emails with precision.
50% Tour Prep: Setting the team up for success! You’ll manage inventory, pack supplies, and keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine.
20% Wildcard Adventures: No two days are the same! You might be running a vehicle to the shop, doing marketing runs to local hotels, or prepping a restaurant for a large group.
✅ WHO YOU ARE:
Articulate & Professional: You love connecting with guests over the phone and providing 5-star service.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Docs, booking software, and working across multiple screens.
Proactive: You can work independently but love being part of a growing team.
Reliable: High school diploma, valid Driver’s License, and a solid work ethic are a must. (QuickBooks experience is a plus!)
