Paranormal Michigan is opening the doors of the historic Peach Mansion for a full week of paranormal investigations, October 25–31!

Join us for a 3-hour hands-on investigation or spend the entire night inside the mansion during one of our overnight investigations. You’ll have the opportunity to explore this incredible historic property, learn paranormal investigation techniques, and search for evidence of the unexplained.

Basic ghost-hunting equipment will be available for guests to use, and experienced investigators are welcome to bring their own equipment.

And for families, Tuesday, October 27 is family day, featuring a family-friendly version of our 3-hour investigation.

🍑 Something is stirring at the Peach Mansion…

Long before South Haven became the lakeshore destination we know today, A.S. Dyckman arrived here in 1838 and helped shape the community’s early history. In 1857, he planted South Haven’s first commercial peach orchard, and his home, now known as the Peach Mansion, was built in the late 1860s.

More than 150 years later, the mansion still stands.

And last year, Paranormal Michigan investigated it.

What we experienced convinced us that the Peach Mansion is more than simply an old historic home.

We found it to be haunted.

This October, we’re going back, and this time, we’re opening the doors to you.

For a limited number of nights, guests will have the opportunity to join Paranormal Michigan for PUBLIC PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS of the Peach Mansion.

Caught Emmett getting into our stuff again. Not sure whether he’s hoping to help in the field, researching for himself, or just checking to see what is written about haunted dolls. From the look on his face, I’m not sure he likes what he’s reading.

Meet Emmett, Paranormal Michigan’s haunted mascot. He was purchased as a child’s toy in the 1960s, later became part of a woman’s doll collection, and eventually came to us as a Halloween prop. Nicole immediately disliked his bad vibes, so he was banished to the paranormal tour bus. There he discovered that he rather enjoyed the attention.

Now Emmett is out of retirement (again) and joining us on Paranormal Michigan tours. He enjoys meeting guests, investigating haunted locations, shopping online, and making Nikki uncomfortable. If you see him around town, feel free to ask for a photo with him. He loves the attention.

For those who don’t remember Emmett, he is our haunted doll and the official mascot of Paranormal Michigan. I brought him in from the paranormal tour bus, only to find him online shopping for either new clothes or a companion. Apparently, he plans to buy quite a bit. He cleared the entire table.
