Our Neighborhood
Located in the heart of the beautiful, Stuart Historic Neighborhood, this comfortable and stylish space is a perfect fit for the transient resident. It's only 1 block - 1/2 mile from the Downtown District, WMU and K-College.

Our Space
This newly renovated and furnished one bedroom space is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful historic 7 unit home. This unit has warm colors, 10 foot ceilings and stylish and comfortable furnishings along with thoughtful touches and abundant natural lighting. The kitchen is completely stocked with all necessary kitchen essentials, as is the bathroom. The bedroom and living room are, by design, spaces of comfort and include high end furnishings.
Also included for outdoor enjoyment are 2 large covered porches with comfortable furnishings that include chairs with cushions, a dining table and a community charcoal grill.

Don't forget about Kalamazoo's Holly Jolly Trolley! As well as transporting residents and visitors from place to place in the downtown area, the Holly Jolly Trolley offers a unique view of light displays downtown and along the Kalamazoo Mall. The trolley is free to ride and runs on Thursday through Sunday each week, ending on Dec. 29.

The Holly Jolly Trolley returns to downtown Kalamazoo with seven different stops for riders to get on and off and enjoy holiday lights.
