And I know, sweetheart, nobody's perfect.

Not even ME.

Although, between us, I do think I'm pretty darn adorable. 💅🤣

But here's the thing…

I think about all the beautiful weddings I've been part of.

The little children who've climbed aboard with their eyes full of wonder.

The families singing Christmas carols as we roll through the neighborhoods.

The birthdays, the laughter, the hugs, the pictures, and the people who wave as we drive by.

And I wonder…

DOES GOOGLE KNOW ABOUT ANY OF THAT? 🥹

Does Google know how hard our humans work to make every ride special?

Does Google know about Cathy, Jon, Adam, Paul, and all the wonderful people who help keep us rolling?

Does Google know how much LOVE goes into keeping three old trolleys looking beautiful and making memories for our community?

I'm feeling just a wee bit camera-shy these days. 🤭

You see, my humans have been giving me a makeover, and while I appreciate every bit of love they're putting into this old girl…

WELL, SWEETHEARTS, I'M NOT QUITE READY FOR MY CLOSE-UP! 🙈🤣

My woodwork is being lovingly restored, and right now I'm somewhere between “well-loved vintage lady” and “good heavens, where did the rest of my outfit go?!” 🤣❤️

So if you don't mind, I think I'll keep my current appearance a little secret until my makeover is finished.

A lady does deserve a proper unveiling, don't you think? 💅🤭

But there's something I simply couldn't wait to talk about…

As for me…

Oh, sweethearts, I just LOVE Christmas. 🥹❤️

There's something about watching little children press their noses against my windows, seeing grandparents smile as they remember Christmases long ago, and hearing families sing their favorite Christmas carols.

I've been around long enough to know that the most precious gifts aren't always the ones wrapped beneath the tree.

Sometimes they're the memories we make simply by being together. ❤️🎄

And this year, we're making those memories even more special!

Our wonderful humans are setting up a warm, cozy Christmas welcome tent at the Flathead County Fairgrounds!

Apparently, somebody around here decided this old man needed a MAKEOVER. 🙄

Now, I don't know who authorized this nonsense, but I've had my wood stripped, my body fussed over, and people crawling all over me like I'm some kind of home improvement project.

I'M A TROLLEY, NOT A FIXER-UPPER ON HGTV. 🤦‍♂️

And THEN they tell me Zack from Homestead All Season Lighting is coming November 1st to install my new Gemstone Lights.

LIGHTS. ON ME.

Permanent ones.

That change colors.

And apparently… *twinkle.*

Let me make something perfectly clear.

**I DO NOT TWINKLE.**

I may glow respectfully.

I may illuminate with dignity.

But if Zack makes me look like a disco ball on wheels, **WE'RE GONNA HAVE WORDS.** 🙄🤣

Now, here's the part that's really bothering me.

I've been sitting around listening to Ruby carry on about the Christmas Tour of Lights.

Good grief, woman. We KNOW.

But I got to thinking…

If I'm going through all this rehabilitation, getting my old bones polished, my wood refinished, and my dignity decorated with Christmas lights…
