In Today's "everything is digital" age, it was nice to bring back the "In Person" events.

Yesterday, we hosted "Viking Cruise Nights" to pay gratitude to the "old" model of attending seminars in person to learn about travel.

We hosted a couple dozen attendees to learn not just about Viking, but also other river cruise brands.

Shelley has been in this business since the 1990s! (Shhh....)
William joined after two decades in real estate, about 4 years ago.

We spent the first 4 years since William joined the business at a different, large host agency.

In the spring of 2026, just 4 months ago, we joined Cruise Planners, and couldn't be more thrilled. First, the technology and improvements to the client experience are amazing, but the systems that allow us to take care of our clients is a great improvement too.
