Today is World Teachers Day and we want to thank one of our locktenders who is a former teacher, amateur historian, and knowledge broker for the locks. FREE FALL COLORS WEEKEND! This coming weekend is the last navigation weekend of the season. If you're a boater or need to get your watercraft off the Fox River through the locks, October 4 is the last day we're open. But good news: this coming weekend is a free weekend through the locks!
