Located 3/10 of a mile North of Downtown at 230 Division Street, Bertsch’s On The Rock is walking distance to downtown. We are right next to The Historical Old German Church. The house was built in the early 1887 with 5 bedrooms, 4 double and 1 with set of twins. One bedroom is on the first floor, kitchen, summer kitchen, dining room, front room, 2 full baths and a beautiful screened in back deck. Along with the property you have a great side yard with a fire pit and a smoke house that is available for use. Bertsch’s On The Rock is a family experience or a get away for you and your friends with so many amenities to enjoy!

Provided linen, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, curling and straight irons, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, spices, flour, sugar, bottled jug of water, coffee maker with filters, gas grill, games, internet, 3 Tvs with Direct TV Service, cell phone chargers in case you forget yours. Room Air Conditioners throughout the house for your convenience. Full kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs along with gas grill with BBQ utensils. Dishwasher and dish soap provided along with Washer and Dryer. Bertsch’s On The Rock wants you to feel at home and enjoy your time on Kelleys Island. We also clean and disinfect personally per each stay. Available weekdays minimum of 2 to 4 nights, weekly and weekends. Pricing: Availability May through Mid October. The property also features a spacious side yard with a fire pit and a smokehouse available for use. Bertsch's On The Rock offers a unique experience for families or friends, providing numerous amenities for all to enjoy.

For your convenience, we provide linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, curling and straightening irons, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, spices, flour, sugar, bottled water, a coffee maker with filters, a gas grill, games, internet, 3 TVs with Direct TV service, and cell phone chargers. Room air conditioners are installed throughout the house for your comfort. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking, including a gas grill with BBQ utensils. A dishwasher and dish soap are provided, along with a washer and dryer. At Bertsch's On The Rock, we strive to make you feel at home and ensure your time on Kelleys Island is enjoyable. We personally clean and disinfect the property after each stay.

The property is available for weekdays (minimum 2-4 nights), weekly, and weekend stays. Pricing is available from May to mid-October. If you are interested in booking, please call or text Michelle at 419-366-4111. A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by Venmo, personal check, or cashier's check. The full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay and can be made by Venmo, personal check, or cashier's check.
