This morning, the City of Kemah proudly welcomed Lupe Tortilla with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at their newest location at 5165 State Highway 96.

City leaders, members of the Kemah Community Development Corporation, business owners, and special guests gathered to celebrate the grand opening of this exciting addition to our community.

With its warm hospitality and bold Tex-Mex flavors, Lupe Tortilla is already making a delicious impression. We’re thrilled to have them join our Kemah family and look forward to many memorable meals ahead!

At the new Monna Lisa Trattoria here in the Lighthouse District, where they’re serving up legit authentic Italian and French cuisine.

I’m trying the pasta alla Sicilana which is linguini with fish, cherry tomatoes, kalmata olives, capers, and topped with lemon zest and parsley.

🗼 Kemah Lighthouse to Be Converted into a Tiny Airbnb

🚨 Big news for staycation lovers! The Kemah Lighthouse is being transformed into a tiny Airbnb — complete with a spiral staircase, ocean breeze, and one cozy bunk bed.

Guests must be okay with flashing lights and 360° views of awesome.

Reservations open at dawn.

Were you a "Macaroni & Cheese" kind of kid? Bold choice.
