The Lions Paw can take you to the Dry a tortugas but we need 5 or 7 days. The distance between Key West Nd Tortugas is around 70 miles .. almost as far as Cuba. Nancy and I are at the boat show in Miami lusting after the latest sailboats. They are beautiful but we love The Lion’s Paw and think our money should be put toward keeping her in ship shape. But it’s fun to dream.

A Belgian trio anchored near us in Arki, Greece went exploring in their dinghy that had no motor. Oars alone wouldn't get them back to their boat given the current. Capt Nancy jumped in our dinghy and saved the day.
