As soon as we stepped off the Villa Vie Odyssey, we were surrounded by the local welcoming committee — hundreds of seagulls filling the air with their chatter. No music added to this one… just the authentic soundtrack of Homer. 🎶🌊📍 Sometimes the simplest moments are the most magical.

Our ship is adding a brand new floating recreation platform — and it looks AMAZING! 💙 This custom inflatable space will be perfect for relaxing, gathering with fellow residents, and enjoying watersports while anchored in beautiful ports around the world. 🌍☀️

Debuting this fall in the South Pacific, it’s just one more reason why life at sea keeps getting better. So grateful to be part of something so special. 🥹⚓

This isn’t a postcard. It’s real life. 🧊

We cruised right up to the stunning Hubbard Glacier — Alaska’s largest tidewater glacier — and WOW… it was alive. Cracks echoed through the air and massive chunks of ice calved into the sea right in front of us.

Unfortunately, I didn’t capture the sounds of those powerful moments on video… but trust me, we felt every bit of it.

Even without the audio, this view speaks volumes. The scale, the texture, the energy — it’s something we’ll never forget.

Bloody Mary Glacier Party! 🧊 🍹 🥳

Sunday morning we were treated to glacier views and cocktail vibes as we sailed by the stunning Sawyer Glacier—all from the comfort of our friends John & Melody Hennessee’s beautiful suite aboard the Villa Vie Odyssey. 💙

We sipped Bloody Marys, shared laughs, and took in the surreal icy landscape while surrounded by great friends and even better views.

Who knew cruising could be this cool? 😎🧊Cheers to friendship, floating homes, and morning cocktails with a view!

🌲🇨🇦 VICTORIA, CANADA — A DAY WE’LL NEVER FORGET 💙

We had such a special time in Victoria, not just because it’s a beautiful place — but because two of our amazing supporters, Sheila and Lyle, reached out and offered to show us around… and even picked up mom from the airport! 🥹

From peaceful forest walks in Goldstream Park to the epic views at Malahat SkyWalk and finishing the day with a beer flight at a cozy local pub — it was pure Canadian kindness and connection.

Port #100 on the Villa Vie Odyssey- Today felt like we had Alaska all to ourselves! We walked the 1.5 miles into the small town from the port and were greeted by quiet charm and stunning nature. Along the way, we spotted ravens, a deer, and even a few bald eagles soaring above us—pure magic. 🦌🖤🦅Not much was open in town (we were the only ship docked today), but the peacefulness made it extra special. Just us, nature, and those unbeatable Alaskan views. 🌿🌊

✨ We’re finally BACK on board the Villa Vie Odyssey! 🛳️💙

After 6 weeks living out of a suitcase in Arizona and Sweden, it felt SO good to be home again — back in our cozy cabin, reunited with our cruise family, and finally sleeping in our own bed! 😍

Our first port stop? Seattle!
We spent the day with our awesome friends John & Melody exploring Pike Place Market, indulging in a seafood tower 🦐, and hopping around a few local bars 🍻 — as we do!

This lifestyle has truly become our new normal, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. ❤️ Come along with us for laughs, seafood, and a whole lot of joy as we ease back into ship life.
