It turns out nature isn't just a backdrop for healthy behaviours. It's an active ingredient in a healthy diet. And remember, healthy food is medicine for your brain. The researchers suggest that stress reduction from nature exposure lowers emotional eating and promotes mindful, healthy food choices.

What a difference a week can make! The pictures are of two beaches in Kihei taken April 20th and today, April 27th. Although both beaches are side-by-side but separated by lava outcrops the effects of the ocean are the opposite.
