These past few days have been challenging for our team, and we’re so grateful for the kindness, patience, and support you’ve shown us while we worked to clean up after the storm. It has meant more to us than words can express.

Aloha! Our phones and Internet are finally working. Thank you for your patience during the past 5 days. We were doing our best to answer all your phone calls. We take pride in the fact that we have real people answering your calls, no robots, no automated “press 1” nonsense, no voicemails, just real people. (During business hours ;)

Maui is beautiful as always. Yes, there will be some delays while we fix some things, but there is so much for you to enjoy on our beautiful island. We hope that you still come and we thank those who are.

Thanks for everyone’s kind messages and emails. Don’t worry about us! We have been through a lot over the past 6 years, but we are here and will always be here for our guests. We lost 27 cars in the flood, but we have 410 cars in our fleet so your upcoming reservations are unaffected. We have 36 years of honoring 100% of our reservations.
