This cottage is located on Colington Island and is only 3.5 miles from the ocean. You will be welcomed to this cozy, fully stocked and full of character cottage with a beautiful water view! The cottage is free of stairs, ground level and all doors are wide and handicapped friendly. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The
sofa also offers a queen pull out bed. All linens and bath towels/wash cloths are provided. The kitchen is stocked and has everything you need to prepare your evening meal after a day at the beach. The home is furnished with local hand painted eclectic decor. The outdoor shower welcomes you after a trip over to the beach or for a shower under the stars. Take a short walk just down the road to Colington Pizza, enjoy dinner. (May be only providing curbside pick up or delivery options at this time) The cottage is located directly on a 2 lane heavily traveled secondary road. Walk just up the road and you will find Higher Grounds coffee and ice cream shop! Just around the corner you can go crabbing on what us locals call “the chicken necker bridge” such a great time and great way to make memories! This cottage is fantastic and waiting to offer you the perfect vacation!
