We are coming up on our second Fall/Winter Season and we’d love for you to check us out…we are at the 6MP, just steps to the Beach Access, Avalon Pier, Awful Arthur’s, and close to lots of other great Restaurants, Bars, and Sites! We offer 3 day Rentals or Friday to Friday Rentals (also, flexible to fit your schedule:-). We have a large Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Game Room, Office Area, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, upstairs Balcony with view of the Avalon Pier/Beach, fenced backyard with grill, firepit, outdoor shower, and we sleep up to 10 People. We do not allow Animals due to severe allergies (covered under ADA).

Our Beach House has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (can sleep up to 10 People), Large Kitchen/Dining Area, Office Area, Garage Area with Game Room (Photos to come...delivery set for tomorrow), Upstairs Back Deck with views of Avalon Pier, Back Yard with Patio Sitting Area, 2 Picnic Tables, Charcoal Grill, Outside Shower, Fire Pit (working on it), and Co****le Boards. Never been rented and Rentals begin in April...spread the word!
