4 Bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, Florida room, large deck, large area under the house with Tiki bar, outdoor shower, duel entrances to deck and house entrances. Corn hole,hammock, gas grill. Top floor living space: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & 2 twins) 1 full & 1 ½ baths, Kitchen, Dining, Florida, & Living room. TVs in all bedrooms. DVD Player in Master bedroom. Downstairs in

separate living space: 1 bedroom 1 king and a futon & 1 full bath, washer/dryer, utility sink, refrigerator, & microwave. TV in bedroom.
300 ft to public beach access just across the beach road. Easy walk to beach. 5 houses down from Goombays Restaurant and close to many other businesses. Many pictures available. Renting 365 days/year. Renting weeks, weekends, or daily when possible. Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Paying guest must be at least 25 years old. No smoking allowed in house. You must bring your own linens, towels, and paper products (ie, paper towels & toilet paper)
Prices: We only accept cash, check, or PayPal. Half is due when you book and the balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your stay. No rental companies involved, We ask that leave the cottage as you found it. The service/maintenance fee is $100,00 $200.00 refundable damage deposit required. The security deposit will be returned as long as you leave the cottage in an undamaged condition. Dogs will be allowed @ 70lb maximum. 2 dog limit. $100.00/1st dog, $75.00/2nd dog fee per week or $20.00/1st dog, $10.00/2nd dog daily. Please note that we have sand spurs and cacti in the yard.
