We’re ready for seasonal guests after closing for 7 months. Officially open for business. Updated pics…..better late than never. 4 night minimum over the summer months. 3 night minimum on the shoulder season. Memorial Weekend is still available ….. just sayin!

It’s been a while since we’ve updated. Much later than anticipated….. No thanks to a water leak in the new addition that destroyed brand new floors and caused a number of other issues. Everything is back in order. Final updated and furnished pictures including new bathroom soon.

Still the lowest priced 4 bedroom between the highways in KDH/NH. Prove me wrong.

Major shoutout to MACKO OBX CONSTRUCTION for opening the roof and working sun up to sundown everyday (and all weekend) in unpredictable and at times unsafe conditions to get this dried in with minimal collateral damage.

Down the home stretch of the 2024 summer season prep. New carpet and some finishing touches. We have 6 nights at the end of June open and 6 nights at the end of July. Get em while they’re hot.

UPDATE. The good news is the town finally approved the addition with a lot of legwork needed. The not so good news is the delay has pushed us too close to the summer season to gamble starting now. So the GOOD news is the books are back open. We’re STILL your same old/new top rated affordable beach getaway. Construction will begin the day after Labor Day. Happy Booking!

BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN! Christmas came early with a signed contract from our renovation company. Link in the comments. We are a Sunday to Sunday rental for the summer. The first available summer week will be the week of the July 4th holiday. June 30 - July 7. It will go fast!

***UPDATE*** our 2024 books have been CLOSED patiently waiting on some exciting news. Merry Ann is getting a facelift, literally. A 3rd floor master suite constructed this off-season. Our books will open soon for the 2024 season. We will be a 4 bedroom cottage with 2.5 baths that sleeps 8. Still in the heart of OBX. Still a super host. Still feels like home.
