Latest update for our Lakeside Micro-Resort… Thanks to HDesign for amazing design work… looking to finish with 6 units with a total of 10+ bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in one building that will be perfect to host 6 individual rentals or perfect for a large family.

We have a great lakefront view at the Ports courtesy dock and with a neighbor like the Port of Kimberling for your boat and slip rental, can’t get much better.

Debating the name change and need your thoughts. Unfortunately we must change the name of our Micro Resort from Lighthouse Lodge and are looking at these possible names to be able to add to our facility next to the entrance to the Port of Kimberling, the Panacea Boathaus Lodge.

The progress continues.. 10 days in and it’s starting to take form in and out. This is our Lakeside 4 unit Micro Resort next to POK Hotel..

As we pause for the proper time to build from the ground up, we started a new project close by.

We are proud to mention we are currently in a complete gut and rebuild a current landmark at the Port of Kimberling. We are renovating the LIGHTHOUSE LODGE original main house located Lakefront directly across the street of the Port of Kimberling.

This is a four unit facility that has the opportunity to link multiple rooms together for that large family get together.

We hope to have a couple units ready for the start of summer. We will keep you updated on progress.

The Boathaus Lodge sleeps up to 14 in a 3 bed 2 bath set up. A great patio to keep the little kids and pets safe. Close to the Port of Kimberling and close to restaurants and shopping. Some dates still available on Itrip.com/panaceaBoathaus.

Sorry for having to lock out April and the start of May to add the base to our future addition to the front of the Lodge. We plan to finish the entrance and patio as well as to re-install our fencing to prepare for the rental season and finish the expansion in September.
