April is Administrative Professionals Month, a time dedicated to recognizing the essential contributions of those who handle the critical administrative activity required within As One.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Mayur, our Senior Admin & Risk Management Manager. Mayur is the backbone of some of our most complex tasks, managing involved tax issues, risk management, and intensive insurance needs. He consistently handles challenges that others might (and DO) avoid, and we truly appreciate his dedication to mission of the team and managing these intricate details behind the scenes. We are GRATEFUL for the work Mayur does to keep things going daily despite any challenge thrown his way. THANK YOU MAYUR!!

We also want to share a huge thank you with Max, our Operations Admin. Max ensures our operations flow smoothly by managing benefit payments, developing data-based tracking sheets, and ensuring bills are paid. Additionally, Max audits our hotels on safety practices—including liquor management and OSHA standards essential to ensuring we do things in a safe manner. On top - Max leads our safety committee meetings! We are GRATEFUL for the work Max does to keep us efficient and focused. THANK YOU MAX!!

Hoffman Homes provides essential mental health services and a safe, therapeutic space for children in need. This donation will go directly toward supporting their mission of healing and growth. Christina, VP of Operations and Malgorzata of our Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg are both at the AAHOACON26 in Philadelphia this year. These ladies are attending the “Women Own the Room” event.

A majority of our hotels are lead by powerful ladies - Melissa, a Senior GM over 2 of our hotels, Natalie - who leads our independent hotel Hotel Rock Lititz, Erika - who runs our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harrisburg W - Mechanicsburg… and so many amazing other ladies in all departments of our hotels.
