Today I had the absolute honor of doing a maternity/bo***ir inspired session- and a bridal bo***ir session at Hillside Oak Studio.
The studio is absolutely stunning. So much natural light- and just a gorgeous home!! The shots I got here today are beyond amazing. (Tiny sneak p*ek below!)

Huge thank you to Five Blossoms Farm for the gorgeous flowers (as always) for our milk bath portion of the maternity session. I repurposed our flowers at the end and put them on display at the studio.

Master the art of studio lighting in our specialized workshop taught by pro-photographer Edward Wright.
Learn the fundamentals of light behavior, lighting equipment & selection and key lighting setups for portraits.
Explore techniques & genre specific lighting strategies that will empower you to create captivating studio images.

The second half of the workshop will be spent putting what you learned into action capturing model Michelle Batchatis in portraits you will want to showcase in your portfolio.

Lighting equipment will provided - only a camera is required

Let’s enjoy this day off shooting & networking with photographers & models. We’ll spend the 1st half of the shoot in the studio. For the 2nd half we’ll go outside & shoot poolside.
Each photographer gets 1 on 1 time with each model. This event is limited to 8 photographers so don’t wait to buy your ticket.
Additionally, we would like to welcome participants as well as guests who simply are interested in touring the studio & pool for future photoshoots to stay for our Memorial Day after party from 4:00-5:00pm.
♨️ We will have a special guest on site - Julian with will be bringing his espresso bar, serving lattes, specialty coffee, cold brew & our (Edy’s) personal favorite iced shaken espresso ☕️

We had the pleasure of having back in the studio this weekend. And not only was she here but so was Leron of & ***ir 🤩

Naturally, we had to get a shot of them with the masterpiece they created here a few months ago.

The print is nearly impossible to photograph as it’s printed on pearl paper & reflects everything but you get the idea.

It now hangs in the studio.
