🚀 Dirt-to-Deals: Shop the Ozarks Run — Saturday, September 27, 2025

Come ride the Newton & Madison County backroads with us for a one-of-a-kind side-by-side property run + tour. Kick up a little gravel, tour active listings, meet great people, and finish the day with prizes and a full belly. If that’s not a good Saturday, we don’t know what is. 😉

Who’s invited

Buyers, neighbors, and “just curious” folks — not looking to buy? No problem. Come enjoy the ride and the views.

All brokerages with properties in the area — bring your listings and your crew. If you are in Arkansas, bring your crew. This is a friendly get together with no competition just friends and a great time.

Our industry partners — title companies, lenders, surveyors, inspectors, photographers, contractors, ATV/UTV shops… if you help make deals happen, we want you there.

Day plan:

Breakfast meet-up & check-in

Backroad property loop with designated stops (there will be prizes)

Midday lunch stop

Evening meal & get-together + prize drawings

UPDATE: AFTER SEVERAL HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I GOT THE ISSUE RESOLVED AND MY ACCOUNT BACK UP AND ALL RESERVATIONS SAVED!👏🏻HALLELUJAH!!😜😁

Woke up this morning to notice that my Airbnb account has ‘suspicious activity’ so they removed my account and cancelled any future reservations!!
So if you made a reservation on Airbnb, please call me direct at 318-465-2626 because I can’t communicate on airbnb right now. I had 3 reservations for this coming weekend made on airbnb. I can still accomodate these guests, but they need to call me. Customer support said it may take up to 7 days for them to get this reviewed and restored! I have been a 5 star Superhost for almost 5 years! Ugh🤦‍♀️ 😡Dadgum hackers!🤬
