Last year we built a bakery in the basement of the shop for and to use as a commissary, and anyone who has been to a farmers market in the past few years knows they are two of the most incredible bakers around. So how do we showcase these insane treats that fill the building with sweet godly smells every day? Enter the Louise Coffee pop-up. We built a cute little coffee/bakery nook, and starting tomorrow we’re going to have espresso Fri-Sun with beans from our friends and drip coffee throughout the week brewed with . We’re going to showcase other local roasters with pop-ups and expand espresso hours as soon as we can, but the key ingredients will be the same: amazing locally roasted coffee, plus pies, pastries, bread and babka from some truly badass bakers—all as fresh out of the oven as humanly possible. This weekend espresso hours are 11-3, but starting next weekend we’ll be open 9-2:30, and then expanded hours in the next month. Seriously guys, what sounds better than getting a latte while waiting for a sandwich, and sampling cheese and prosciutto while waiting for a latte? See you guys this weekend 🥰
