The Kingsville Visitors Center will be closed this Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day! We will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

We're so excited to have our Ranch Hand Festival vendor application open for business!

Submit for a spot at ranchhandweekend.com by November 13. Payments will be accepted starting October 1!

The Ranch Hand Festival vendor application is now OPEN!

Please visit ranchhandweekend.com where you will find the form available for online submission at the bottom of the page. If you prefer to fill it out in person, you're welcome to stop by the Kingsville Visitors Center during operating hours for a paper copy.

Payments for vendor spots will be accepted beginning October 1 - and don't worry, if you register as a vendor, we'll send you a reminder when the payment portal opens up! Vendor spots are going for $100 per 10' x 10' space and the application closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 13.

As we get closer to the day of the Festival, you'll receive vendor info and your booth location via email. We can't wait to see everyone downtown!! 🤠
