Hey all! We are running a special all of December! $50 a night (cleaning fee still applies $80 for a day or week or more) we need to cover some costs and this is a great deal. Let me know if you have any questions on availability. We have gotten a few inquiries but nothing booked for the month of December and holidays at Disney are magical ❤️ as of right now the place is booked mid/end of Jan till second week of April 2024 then some other dates later in 2024.

Also we are located in a quite park but surrounded by things to do also Osceola Heritage Park is across the street and the drive the the theme parks is about 25-45 mins depending on traffic we have a laundry room, pool and shuffle boards as well ☺️

Ok so we spoke to a very nice cleaning lady and the cost will be $80 a stay for cleaning! So daily during Nov-Dec will be $65 $425 weekly (7 days)

*disclaimer this doesn’t give us much profit just a little for wear and tear and upgrades that will be done to the place.
