'WELCOME TO OUR FLORIDA VILLA LOCATED IN KISSIMMEE'. Our luxury villa specialises for those seeking value for money holiday and an alternative to the hustle & bustle of hotel vacations. The villa is south facing situated in a quiet secure redidential area, where the properties are owned by US citizens & UK owners alike. The area provides a relaxed environment in a safe rural atmosphere yet only 35

-45 mins from Disney World attractions & within easy reach of all other main attractions such as, Universal Studios, Wet 'N' Wild, Island of Adventure & Sea World. The Villa is 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. 20 mins from the 192. It's also an ideal location if you wish to travel & discover Florida. The villa has two large livingroom areas one with a 50inch plasma with dvd player. A selection of DVD's are available. Full view of the pool. The other one has a cd sound system which is next to master bedroom.

3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms:
Room 1: One Queen size bed with en-suite shower. Room 2: Double bed
Room 3: 2 Single beds

Room 2 & 3 share a bathroom. Villa has adequate towels for beach and home use. Villa has a solar heated swimming pool with child safety enclosure. Fully screened mesh and has steps leading into the pool. South Facing. Large double garage with adult and kids bikes. Weight bench and weights are also provided. Travel cot and high chair. If you require any further information then please let us know. Still some dates available for 2014 and now taking bookings for 2015.

Review Great property in a quiet and safe residential area. Conveniently located with a local Walmart, Publix and Dennys. Only 35 minutes from the Premium Outlets. Private pool area, not overlooked. Owners very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
