Our week in Gatlinburg has come to a close.
We had a wonderful week visiting old friends and new places.

Last day. I’ve never seen so many different rainbows in the same area within a few minutes, I actually thought I could have reached out and touched one.
We finished up at the Comedy Barn laughing till we cried! GREAT SHOW!

Day 6. Mother Nature decided we needed some R&R... so, horror movies the day before Halloween it is! Fireplace lit.
We managed to run between the rain drops for dinner at the Wild Bear Tavern. Chef Kenny and staff you have THE BEST German cuisine anywhere!

Day 5. Another beautiful day in the Smokey Mountains!
We traveled up the tram to Ober Gatlinburg for their Oktoberfest.
Lunch was ok, the ooompah band played too many “American” tunes for our liking. Oktoberfest is German....
They ski lift up to the top of Mt gave us a view like none other.
We managed Dinner at Capt Jim’s for a few crab legs and of course back to town for more retail therapy!

Day 4. Another absolutely beautiful fun filled day.

Anakeesta by day. A visit to the Hayloft and The Tin Roof for some retail therapy.

Then Anakeesta by night!
