Rupinder was last seen wearing a red toque, a navy blue jacket, black pants, black shoes, and was carrying a champion brand backpack.

This is great advice if you are a Snow Bird.

Is your neighbour away during the winter? Consider parking in their driveway or shovelling their front steps so their home looks occupied.

Alternatively, if you're going to be away, let a trusted neighbour know so they can look out for your home as well.
