House is actually on Ridge Crest Drive in Pt. Richey and needs minor repairs, installation of appliances to prepare house for rental.
Just a bunch of little and not so little things need doing.
And if you do a good job, will have more work for you at another location.
No pictures of house available to post at this time but I have a list of everything that needs doing.
