Another great upkeep weekend, new fridge delivered with ice maker, new landscaping lights, 45 bags of mulch, new dining room light fixture, and now we have Netflix for the home! The house has never been better.

We had a great 6 weeks !!! Everything you need in this home.. Just like you see in the photo's. Close to everything. Everyone involved with this property are so friendly and helpful starting with the owners, caretakers on site, right down to the couple that take care of the pool. No Problems .. Loved it Loved it !!! We will be back !!!!

This property presented itself exactly as it was portrayed in its description. Spacious, clean, amenities including several towels and variety of cookware and dishes provided all that we needed to care for our two families of seven persons during our 10 day stay. I would highly recommend this 4 bedroom property to other families who are looking for space and comfort during their Florida vacation. While we spent much time at the Disney parks and surrounding attractions, we appreciated the heated pool and spa for the times we were able to relax at the home. Two fridges in the home provided sufficient space as we prepared most meals in the home rather than eating out at restaurants or in the parks. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the management company was quick and attentive to our needs. Distance into the parks was reasonable and the time of year we travelled was fantastic for reduced wait periods and lack of traffic congestion. If we ever return to the Orlando area in Florida this will be the property we book again. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had about the property and followed up after our visit which enhanced our entire Disney experience of excellent customer service. Thank you Brian for sharing your beautiful home in the lovely Emerald Island resort gated community!

We had an absolulety wonderful time. We loved your home and my grandson especially loved the "Mickey" room. We would definitely come back ... maybe when we have more grandchildren. I also want to note that there was everything in the house you could possibly need for a day in the park, including a tote bag to carry water and sandwiches, a stroller for the little guy and even a water/fan bottle on those 90 degree days in the park. Thank you ... we have some great memories.

What a fantastic villa!

From the second that we arrived at this villa we knew we were going to have a great holiday. The villa has everything you could possibly want and more. From the initial contact with the owners, we found them very accommodating and genuine. Emerald Island is a lovely well kept resort and is close to shops and restaurants. With having 2 teenagers the free wifi and games room were a definite plus. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didn't miss any home comforts because this villa is a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.
