👑 HEATHER ADAMCZAK
Founder & All-Around Badass Boss

Ideal date: A full day on a sunny beach with a tropical drink and absolutely no emails marked “URGENT.”
When she isn’t running the agency, dreaming up her next big idea, or keeping everyone moving in the right direction, Heather is embracing her favorite role yet: full-time grandma.
Relationship status: Committed to building an incredible agency, making memories with her family, and pretending she knows how to relax.

🧶 BRENDA KNAPIK
TLN Trainer & Mentor

Ideal date: Crafting the day away, followed by a stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland.

Ideal date: A Disney day followed by an evening in which Mozzarella graciously allows her to sit on the furniture.

Relationship status: Loyal to Disney, devoted to travel, and completely controlled by a tiny loaf of cheese with legs.

🏕️WOW! Look at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge!We just got our first look inside the guest rooms at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge. This is the newest resort coming to Walt Disney World on July 1, 2027, with reservations opening to the general public October 8, 2026.

Here are some details.
-967 rooms with options for couples, families and larger multigenerational groups, including
-Encanto-inspired Duo Studios for two
- Bambi-inspired Deluxe Studios and Villas
-Fantasia-inspired 3-Bedroom Grand Villas sleeping up to 12
-Pocahontas-inspired Resort Studios
-Brand-new Brother Bear-inspired waterfront Lake Houses with private porches overlooking Bay Lake
-Club Level rooms with access to The Artist’s Nest, featuring views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks

Also, one and two bedroom freestanding accommodations right along Bay Lake with floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchens, washers and dryers and private waterfront porches.

The Disney Wish is headed to New York 🗽in late September 2027 for seven special sailings from New York!
Guests can choose from four- to seven-night cruises, including five sailings to beautiful Bermuda. Three of those voyages will include an extra day to enjoy Bermuda's pink-sand beaches, rich culture, and stunning scenery.
For the first time in nearly a decade, Disney Cruise Line will also sail from New York to New England and Canada's Atlantic coast - perfectly timed for the brilliant colors of fall.
The newly announced Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries also feature brand-new ports and beloved destinations throughout The Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mexico.
Early booking opens August 31 for select Castaway Club members.
General booking opens September 8.
