We now have pool passes! Who's coming?

Summer is HERE and that means pool season! ☀️

You asked, we listened! 👂

Mountains Away now offers pool passes to the Gatlinburg Community Center's INDOOR pool. 🏊‍♀️

This is a LOCAL community center, which means it exists for locals and they regularly use the pool for swimming laps, water aerobics, etc. and while visitors are welcome, the facility can only handle so many while being mindful of current members.

Lucky for us, we're not a big cabin rental company 😉 and we have awesome guests so the community center was willing to partner with us! Sometimes and in this case, it's better to be the "little guy."

Make sure to ask about the pool when you book! 📝

Superhost status 🙌🏼

We are truly honored to be acknowledged for doing what we love. Getting to know our guests and providing a comfortable place for them to make memories has been such a joy. We are especially grateful that our guests and our chalet remained safe during the recent wildfires but we know others weren’t as lucky. Our hearts go out to our community, our Smokies and everyone who was affected

Some behind the scenes photos of our recent updates. We’ve been waiting for things to slow down to get these lights up and they’re such a big improvement! They replaced a dated ceiling fan (with no remote) and a glitchy pendant that always went out. Thanks again to the team at Cabinology for coming in clutch as always and getting it done!

After a busy holiday season and our first winter in the Smokies, we took a short break (can you blame us??). 😅

Check out our living room transformation! Sometimes all a home needs is a new perspective, some creativity and a lot less clutter.

When we saw how comfy these reclining leather sofa chairs were and how unique the hexagon card table was, we had to find a way to make them work while giving the home an updated feel and we love how it turned out! Can you see why the chalet is named Legends Hideaway?

What’s a good-ole American family vacation without some fun and games? Our game room recently got upgraded with this beautiful pool table from Volunteer Billiards and Games and we cannot wait to see our guests enjoy it this holiday season!
