Hurricane Lowell Update:
On September 7, 2026, Kauai and Niihau were hit by a category 2 hurricane resulting in severe damage to parts of our beautiful island. Unfortunately, this is not the first catastrophe we’ve dealt with, and we know how to come together as a community to pick up the pieces.
First and foremost, we are so grateful to report our entire staff is safe. Both of our boats and our shop also pulled through with minimal damage. WE ARE EAGER TO TAKE YOU DIVING AGAIN! However, there are a few things we need to do first.
Our shore diving location and our harbor are currently inoperable. It will be a collaborative effort between our dive community and our government to take the necessary steps to reopen access. Our team is out there every day moving rocks and debris in any effort to expedite this process.
While we are unsure when we will be able to resume operations, know that we are working on it, and are looking forward to you again. We will let you know the moment we will be able to run our first charter.
If you already have a trip to Kauai planned, we would encourage you to still come. Life has returned to normal in many parts of the island, and local businesses, like ourselves, are suffering financially without you here. Please plan on being flexible in how you spend your time here, exercise patience, eat at our favorite restaurants to keep them going, and pack a little extra aloha for us.
