Today, we’re celebrating a milestone that means so much to us - North Carolina Cottages has officially reached 75 five-star reviews on Google!

But to us, this number represents so much more than reviews. It represents families arriving at the beach excited for a week together, guests discovering a cottage they’ll remember for years, homeowners trusting us with their investment, and countless little moments behind the scenes that go into making every stay special.

To our homeowners: thank you for trusting us with your homes. We never take that responsibility lightly, and we’re incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to care for your properties and share them with the families who visit our community.

In this role, you'll conduct quality inspections, restock supplies, coordinate minor maintenance, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in attention to detail.

What You'll Do:
• Perform quality checks at vacation rental properties
• Restock supplies and inventory
• Document maintenance needs and coordinate follow-up
• Complete light maintenance and property touch-ups
• Help ensure every home meets North Carolina Cottages' standards

What We're Looking For:
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Proud to be North Carolina’s first boutique management company to manage an on-ocean/ocean-dwelling cottage. An experience like no other!

Currently tied to the pier, this cottage will be free floating during peak summer season. The owners have even shared “locals have always invested in land. We’re excited to invest in water, Earth’s most special resource. And we wouldn’t want any other management company to care for our home other than North Carolina Cottages.” And if you’re wondering, getting this permitted was a breeze.

Fun fact: the team at North Carolina Cottages have spent a total of 824 hours swimming back and forth from the beach to the cottage during onboarding this property to our management portfolio. Whatever it takes to deliver the most exceptional experience for our owners and guests.

Update: If you’re a guest looking to stay at the cottage, we are completely booked up all the way through 2029.
