You guys are going to think I’m crazy, but this is by far one of my favorite rolls so far! Will NOT be available yet I need to get to UP foods for some extra jam and get a few more pounds of fish from Petersons. Something we’ve been working on and finally love it! Will run it as a special next week when I’m stocked up enough for everyone to try it ☺️ we love that it is full of local ingredients and so yummy - salty/smoky/sweet/fatty and a little spice from the crispy jalapeños ♥️
