Bradley got groomer on way to Anderson corner to groom up to the Big Bay Crew! Watch for groomer and be careful he ran into some major water washouts (he filled them in) and some major drifts.

Trails are thin in towns. Lots of dirt. Some good snow in woods especially in shaded areas. Warm and sunny here. We will be sending groomer out when it cools down to check them out.

Yesterday drag issues and Jim repaired and ready for this run.

Today was even a longer day for both Jim & Jimmy. They lost drag off side of trail and had to shovel for hours on top of Mt Arvon. All machines on way home. With 2 very tired and wore out but safe men!

Thank you to JerBear, Moose and Bradley for going out. I want to put a huge thank you to Jim and Jimmy who spent many many hours shoveling and working on machine. Without the hard work all these men put in we wouldn’t have a trail. It’s not just get in and groom it’s….. these breakdowns, trail issues, long extra hours, the brushing, the ice storms, the floods, the swamps, rescues……. The biggest is ALL the unknowns that are never mentioned. These men are amazing!

Well thanks to Levi for cleaning up this burnt sled on trail in Baraga. He is out grooming and will have a report in morning. So far the trails are not in that bad of shape! He ran into a couple of sled and they were very pleased with the trails😍! His plan is whole loop 15, 159, 8/15, 14 into Lanse both cut offs and then go up 8 to see how the trail is holding up next to utility crews to Tioga area & peeking on swamps after the 50 degree weather the other day. It’s a long run for him and he is amazing on the trails! If you get a chance tomorrow to ride you will be glad you did!

Jim tried last night on 14 and drag didn’t cooperate. It’s fixed and he will be back on 14 soon (possibly as early as tomorrow)
