JUST IN: The Yankees are altering their no facial hair rule

"Ultimately the final decision rests with me, and after great consideration, we will be amending our expectations to allow our players and uniformed personnel to have well-groomed beards moving forward," said Yankees managing general partner Hal Steinbrenner in an official statement.

Join us to witness history this year! Headliners for the 2025 ballot are Ichiro Suzuki and CC Sabathia. Ichiro is practically a lock to be inducted, and has a chance to achieve unanimous status achieved by only one other player (Mariano Rivera). Ichiro Suzuki will be the 1st player of Asian descent to be in the Baseball Hall of Fame. ⚾
