Your relaxation starts the minute you enter Changes in Latitude with your “Vacation Attitude”. Memories of your lake house vacation can be made with plenty of options from boating, fishing, hiking, floating and swimming. Our home is ideally located just beyond the famous Norris Lake jumping bridge and minutes from Sugar Hollow Marina. There are 2 Dandy-Dock systems for your personal watercraft. Ou

r home sleeps 18-20 comfortably. Family and friends can choose from 8 different bedroom configurations on 4 different levels. We recently added a commercial ice-maker for your convenience. We provide you and your guests with many unexpected amenities including multiple TV's, free secure wireless fiber-optic internet service, DIRECTV with multiple premium movie channels, everything you need to unwind and de-stress. The main floor includes the Primary bedroom with a King-size bed and a flat panel TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, place setting for 24+ and a large dinning table. The great room is furnished with leather seating and a 72” flat panel TV, BlueRay DVD and a Denon 5.1 Home Theatre Surround Sound system with Bose. There is a ½ bath located off of the main entry. A large gas grill with table and chairs are located on the main level deck. This property has a commercial ice-maker on the walk-out level. The Upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a full size bunk bed and a single full size bed, the other with a Queen-size poster bed and a flat panel TV. Each room has its own sink with an adjoining Jack and Jill style bathroom. An upper loft has a twin bed. The lower level game room has been equipped with an 8 foot professional Brunswick pool table, electronic dart-board, Xbox One gaming system and a 66” flat panel TV. A second full-sized refrigerator, utility room with full-sized washer and dryer along with 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, another with a full-size bunk bed and a single full size bed. A full bathroom completes this level. The lowest level deck has a 6-person hot tub and a private entrance to a suite consisting of a Queen-size bed, full bath and sitting area with daybed, commercial ice-maker, Keurig coffee maker and a mini-fridge.

Perfect home for a vacation on the lake

The Munn's home was just what we wanted for a week's stay on the lake. The home had everything we needed and wanted kitchen wise, entertainment wise, sleeping wise with plenty of room to feel comfortable for 10 people. The dock was especially nice and big with extra water equipment for the kids to enjoy. The Munn's are especially nice to work with as they respond immediately and deal with any questions or concerns you may have. That was most appreciated. We will certainly return to the home when we want to go back to the lake.

It was a wonderful family time with very comfortable surroundings. The Munn’s had all sorts of extra little perks for the renters that made it so pleasurable. Would highly recommend this Lake house and would definitely rent it again!

Great Family House

This house is large and very accommodating.. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and also an outside gas grill. You can really tell the owners care about your stay. They have even equipped the house with an ice machine which is so great for filling your coolers before you head out for a fun day of boating. We cannot wait to go back next year!

Beautiful home with an amazing dock to enjoy the pretty waters of Norris Lake!

We enjoyed our stay at Changes in Latitude! The house was very clean and spacious for our family of 15. The nice outdoor furniture allowed us to enjoy our meals with great views of the lake. The pool table was a hit and the ice maker was so helpful to have! The weather was just perfect, so we spent the majority of our time on the boat or at the dock. The dock was so nice and spacious with many lounge chairs for relaxing. The hibiscus flower pots on the dock were a beautiful touch! The kayak was a fun surprise and the kids really enjoyed exploring the cove by kayak! We did discover that the jumping bridge and the area around the bridge can become quite crowded. We found that we had to travel a little further down the lake to get away from the crowded waters in order to ski/wakeboard safely.

The owners answered many questions before our trip and were easy to contact during our trip. They were timely in their responses and very helpful! We appreciate them sharing their home with our family!
