I’m seeing a big uptick in families starting to plan December trips, and this is exactly why it pays to start early. 🎄✨

Walt Disney World just released special offers for holiday season vacations, including:

Disney+ Perks Members: savings on select packages
Save up to 20% on rooms
Florida Residents: save up to 25% on rooms

December at Disney is such a fun time to visit. Holiday decorations, festive treats, special events, cooler weather, and that extra little bit of magic everywhere you go.

It is also a popular time to travel, so resorts and room categories can book quickly. If a holiday Disney trip has been on your mind, now is a great time to start looking.

You do not have to have everything figured out yet. I can help compare dates, resorts, discounts, and packages to see what makes the most sense for your family.

December memories hit different. Let’s start planning yours. ❤️

POV: the resort IS part of the vacation. ✨

When you’re staying in an Italian Oceanfront Concierge Family Suite at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the room isn’t just where you sleep.

It’s morning coffee with an ocean view.
It’s space for everyone to spread out.
It’s a kids’ room they actually get excited about.
It’s ending the day listening to the waves from your balcony.

The resort matters. And I will absolutely die on that hill. 😍

Are you team “just a place to sleep” or team “the resort is part of the experience”? 👇

Happy Father’s Day to all of you playing Marco Polo in the pool, carrying sleepy kids back to the room, and somehow always knowing where we parked.

Family travel is never just about the destination. It’s the people, the little moments, and the memories that stick with us long after we’re home.

What’s a favorite travel memory you have with your dad, your kids’ dad, or a father figure in your life?

Why Barbados? 🏝️

Honestly? It started with Friends. 😆

Years ago, Jeremiah and I watched the Barbados episodes and added it to our travel bucket list.

When it came time to plan our 20th anniversary trip, Sandals Barbados was our first choice. But like a lot of travelers, we had to balance dreams with a budget, so we chose Sandals Montego Bay instead.

Now, three years later, we’re finally making the Barbados trip happen.

One of the biggest reasons I chose it is that you’re really getting two resorts in one vacation. Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados sit side-by-side, and guests can enjoy both resorts without needing transportation or shuttles. More pools, more restaurants, more bars, more entertainment, and more places to explore, all included.

Now I’m curious… has a TV show or movie ever inspired a destination on your travel bucket list? Where is it? ✈️🌎

Friends gave me Barbados. What’s yours? 😄

☀️ 2 weeks and counting!

I’ll be heading to Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados, and I can’t wait to experience these two incredible resorts side-by-side.

What makes this destination so unique? It’s essentially two resorts in one vacation. Guests staying at either resort enjoy access to both properties, which means double the pools, double the entertainment, and access to more than 20 restaurants and bars.

I’m especially excited to experience:
🌴 The rooftop infinity pool
🏖️ The beautiful Barbados beaches
💆‍♀️ The adults-only atmosphere designed for relaxation

As a travel advisor, one of my favorite things is experiencing destinations firsthand so I can better help my clients decide if a resort is the right fit for their vacation style.

Follow along as I share the resort, the food, the rooms, and all the little details that don’t always make it into the brochures!

Who’s been to Barbados? Tell me your favorite thing about the island!

I really thought I was about to have my main character moment this weekend… you know, casually pulling the sword from the stone like I was chosen or something 😅🗡️✨

Instead, I got this:
“Oh Mother Hubbard, I’m calling dad.” 💀

And honestly… this is exactly what traveling with my crew looks like. Not perfect, not polished… just real, funny, slightly chaotic moments that end up being the ones we talk about the most.

POV: you were waiting for a sign to book the trip… and this is it. ✈️✨

Stop waiting for the “perfect” time.
There will always be another bill, another busy season, another reason to put it off.

But the memories?
The sunsets.
The out-of-office feeling.
The trip you keep talking yourself out of?

Those don’t happen until you say yes.

Consider this your sign to stop waiting and start planning 🌍
