You might not need the furnace in July, but that doesn't mean you should skip checking it.

Furnaces that sit unused for months can develop igniter issues, blocked burners, and vent problems that won't show up until you actually need heat.

A quick inspection now takes 10 minutes. A repair on the road takes a lot longer.

Same goes for your other appliances. If something's off, we carry parts for furnaces, water heaters, fridges, and stoves - new, used, and surplus.
