Disturbing personal Experience with Air India — Serious Safety Concerns:
After travelling across the world for over 20 years, I’ve never experienced anything as worrying as my friend’s recent flight with Air India.
🔴 The seat belt was faulty.
🔴 Most entertainment screens were not working.
🔴 A strange, unsettling noise could be heard during both takeoff and landing.
🔴 Even the Air India crew admitted these issues have been reported countless times in writing — yet nothing has improved over the years.
❌Every single day, their flights got delayed due to last minute fixing which can be addressed properly much before the take off time.
This goes far beyond poor service — it’s about passenger safety, which appeared to be shockingly neglected.
Tragically, 265 people lost their lives in a recent Air India crash near Ahmedabad.
It raises serious questions:
👉 If visible issues like these are being ignored, what about the things we can’t see?
👉 It’s not hard to imagine how such systemic neglect could contribute to serious incidents or even fatal crashes.
Passengers entrust airlines with their lives. That trust is sacred — and right now, with Air India, it feels dangerously misplaced.
Enough is enough. This is not just about inconvenience or comfort — it’s about basic accountability, maintenance, and human lives.
🙏 My thoughts are with the families affected by the Ahmedabad tragedy. Let this be a wake-up call — not just for Air India, but for the entire aviation system in India
