So… BEAUTIFUL, old Hotel, but…. Checked in around 12, knew I couldn’t get “into” room til 3… floated the river for 4 hou...

So… BEAUTIFUL, old Hotel, but…. Checked in around 12, knew I couldn’t get “into” room til 3… floated the river for 4 hours, came back, got my key… BOOM! Bed is in disarray. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. I called down to the desk and they said “Oops! That was a mistake. Come back down and we will try and find you another room.” WHAT?!?! How do you NOT have a PAID for, CHECKED into room ready?!?! They bought us a free drink and said they will give us a “discount”, but I have less than an hour to get ready for a concert and still NO room!!!! 😡😡😡

VERY mixed emotions right now!!

It’s been half an hour and I’m STILL waiting for a room!!! 😡😡
