July 2, 2026….17 years ago today we purchased an abandoned property with the intention of bringing it back to life. It’s been a journey. We had no idea what was in store for us! Ups and downs, trials and tribulations, but most of all 6,209 days into our 3 year plan, we have managed to make some amazing memories, and we are ever so grateful that you have been a part of them.

We thank you for your support, all of your help, your advice, your laughs, your hugs, picking us up when we were down, helping us to survive a pandemic, and keeping us motivated as we built Tavern 27, Jade Trace Par 3 Golf Skills Development Center, Trolley 27 and the Par Bar and then Dancing Rabbit Distillery!
We never could have imagined this wild ride…We are ever so grateful!! ❤️

Today we had to say goodbye to our beloved CaddyRooRoo. 💔 if you met him, you loved him because he was the sweetest dog ever. We are beyond heartbroken and taking a day or so to process his loss. Our magnificent and kind team has agreed to hold down the fort while we breathe and let our hearts heal for a moment. We are so fortunate to be supported by you all. We thank you for your patience with our team and our friends that are covering for us. They’ll be conducting business as usual at the Trolley & Par Bar, and Jade Trace Par 3 Golf Skills Development Center at The Mystic Meadows.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope you have a great weekend. Ryan, Kirstie and Bianca will take great care of you-no doubt!!!!

CaddyRooRoo was the baby of the family, a hard working Berner Dog-the best golf caddy ever, and the bestest snuggle muffin anyone could ask for. ❤️
