We have loved having Emberglow below The Lafayette Loft! Best wishes to Emberglow GA on their move!
We are NOT CLOSING: For 2 years we’ve occupied the most beautiful space downtown. Moving from the Colonial Building to ther corner gave us store front/side walk/ street visibility, which ultimately changed the dynamic of our business. We went from the owner working the business daily to hiring 3 employees. Sales increased significantly and we were able to offer more art, pottery, gifts, and events to the community. This corner has allowed us to brand and grow. Last year we were named small business of the year by our local Chamber of Commerce. We randomly met a movie producer on the corner in front of the store which led to a movie being filmed in our town and at our location. We’ve loved on one another, got Angie married, planned 3 artisan markets, a car hit the building, oh my I can go on and on.so many memories…..
Most important: We had the most amazing 2 people who represent the true definition of what it means for have a great landlords. Leon and Lisa are amazing and we’ve couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When making the decision to transistion, they were the most encouraging and shared their support for our new journey. 10 Lafayette is a special place. We will truly miss it. Stay tuned for more updates. “Here we grow”
Love,
Larry, Nikki, Angie, Page,Debra, and all of our makers
