Sea turtle nesting season is in full swing on our beaches. Nesting females are coming ashore to lay their eggs and the first nests of the season are starting to hatch. Hatchlings emerge from the sand to cross the beach as they find their way to the ocean.
You can help protect them!
Please enjoy your time at the beach, but before you leave, fill in any holes dug in the sand and clear the way at the end of the day. Holes can injure or trap adult females and hatchlings, and beach furniture, canopies and toys left behind on the sand can become obstacles that block nesting and hatchling turtles.
Thanks for making our beaches a safer place for sea turtles!

Here is an update on the 2022 season: We are fully booked Feb, March, May, and June. We have one week remaining in July. Oddly, we have 3 weeks available in April so for 1 week we are offering 2021 pricing for 6-7 night stays in April. We would love to have some more returning guests!

We just purchased this adorable 1960’s beach house that we are updating. It will be ready to rent in Jan 2022. I will share pics as we get it updates and decorated. It is 1.5 blocks from the beach & 5 blocks from Sandpiper Cottage, so if you have friends that want to stay nearby, keep this in mind. It will be a 2br, 1ba, and sleep 6. We are so excited!
