My yoga practice is a bit more behind-the-scenes and looks a little different these days. It’s less asana, more simple presence. Less challenge, more acceptance. But it’s all still yoga.

I observed a beautiful moment today that felt like true yoga (and aloha) in action, and I wanted to share.

I’m a couple weeks late on this post but 2026 is here with bright, fresh energy. 💛

2025 was full of self-care, asking for and taking what I wanted, reevaluating goals and priorities, and girl bossing too close to the sun. ☀️

I’m somehow Mom to a kid who reads and writes and is way funnier and cooler than I’ll ever be (he gets it from dad who’s too cool for social media but really exists, I promise 😎 )

I did a lot of yoga, spent a lot of time at the beach, and we managed to squeeze in a magical trip to Disneyland. 🏰

I worked my butt off and got promoted to Director of Resort Operations at , and I’m so grateful to work with an amazing team that feels like family. Come visit - Maui is always a good idea. 🏝️

I’ve taken a bit of a step back in creating social media content but I’m not gone forever, just focusing on what feels right right now, and trying to spend less time on my phone.📱

It’s somehow been 10 years since I started my YouTube channel and that’s not going anywhere, so send me your requests!! I have some new classes loaded and ready to share 🙏
