Located just 3 miles from the village of Lake Ann and 15 miles west of Traverse

City, the Cottage offers up-north privacy and peacefulness with city conveniences nearby. Approximately 10 miles west of the Cottage is Lake Michigan where you can explore all the beaches, water activities, sand dunes, and lighthouses Benzie County has to offer. Other area lakes are also within minutes of your enjoyment. The Wayberry Cottage is beautifully modeled after Northern Michigan cottages from the early 1900s while embracing all the comforts and benefits of modern living.
