Located just 3 miles from the village of Lake Ann and 15 miles west of Traverse

City, the Cottage offers up-north privacy and peacefulness with city conveniences nearby. Approximately 10 miles west of the Cottage is Lake Michigan where you can explore all the beaches, water activities, sand dunes, and lighthouses Benzie County has to offer. Other area lakes are also within minutes of your enjoyment. The Wayberry Cottage is beautifully modeled after Northern Michigan cottages from the early 1900s while embracing all the comforts and benefits of modern living. Whether spending your days sightseeing or playing golf at Mistwood, a 27-hole course only 3 minutes away, come back to enjoy the hot tub or just relax on the screened-in porch while reading a good book. All weekly rentals will be on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer. Michigan State Tax of 6% will be added to the rental rate. A $300 refundable cleaning deposit is required.
