These are my top 5 tips for clients when planning a vacation:
1. Stay on property. There are some great perks for staying on property! First, transportation is free to the parks including water parks and Disney springs . This saves you money and eliminates a need for a rental car if Disney is your only plan!
2. Take a mid day break. You’re staying at a Disney resort you should enjoy what it has to offer. In addition to a rest day a mid day break gives you time to relax, unwind, and explore the amenities your resort offers!
3. Rope drop your top rides! If you’re on property, rope drop is even more exciting because you can take advantage of early entry and enter a park 30 minutes before it opens to all other guests. This is the best time to do that must do attraction before the line gets unbearable!
4. Try a special event! Whether is a Halloween party, Christmas party, or after hours event you cannot go wrong with a ticketed event. These usually run from evening hours to much after park close! They offer great snacks, special limited time offerings , and of course lower crowds!
5. Slow down and enjoy the small moments! Not every memory is planned. Sometimes the best memories happen in the small transition moments or just when you slow down and take it in.
Last but not least, I recommend you work with a travel agent! Our job is to help you make all of these plans so that you can slow down and enjoy the little moments knowing things are primarily planned for you.
