Next stop on our Midwest mini trip series - St. Louis! Naturally, I never think to take many pictures when we're just traveling to places near home but we really enjoy St. Louis! This city is home to some fun sports, the Arch, has a wonderful free zoo among many other great attractions. We're super excited to be coming back for one of the preliminary Olympic soccer games in 2028, but should we visit again sooner?? 😊

Happy First Day of Summer! Throwing it back to our visit to Epic Universe last August and it was brutally HOT. I cannot wait to go back this fall to experience even more! Ways I kept cool (while pregnant):
-Drink plenty of water!
-Purchase a refillable cup to use at the Freestyle machines
-Use a neck fan, misting fan and cooling towel
-Alternate outdoor activities and indoor attractions/snacks
-Find a spot of shade to sit or stand

Saratoga Springs - in my opinion, an underrated resort!
With beautiful, horse racing inspired rooms, you can also take a magical boat ride or walk just steps to Disney Springs. A favorite for large families and groups with 1 and 2 bedroom villas, this resort is eligible for extended evening hours (when available).
I can't wait to return here this fall. 🐴 ✨

It's not too late to think about wanting to take a little summer getaway! There are so many options in the midwest without needing to drive too far.

My Favorites: Resort Edition!
Runner up in the Disney Deluxe Category - Grand Floridian Resort!
This beautiful resort is literally a short walk away from Magic Kingdom but also has access to the Monorail (a Disney classic). The rooms feel magical as does the overall experience staying at this resort. I've stayed here on a couple girls trips and it's just the perfect way to elevate your stay. ✨

My Favorites: Resort Edition!✨
Disney's Riviera Resort is by far my favorite Deluxe Resort. This quaint resort gives such a special European vibe, beautiful views and has skyliner access! Being a few minutes away from both Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks give it a quieter atmosphere. This resort also has many of my favorite restaurants right on property! Plus the Riviera cookie is my absolute favorite, as seen here. 😂

My Favorites: Resort Edition!
Honorable mention in the moderate category - Coronado Springs. While this resort is large with bus only transportation, I personally loved it! The music, pools, and the many many dining options made this a wonderful stay for us. The rooms include a lot of counter space which is a great option if you want to spread out or need to do a little work while traveling as I often do. Bonus - that lobby signature scent is still unforgettable, I wish I could bottle it up!✨

Another trip around the sun! This past year has looked so different and probably been my favorite yet. Starting it off with visiting a brand new theme park, welcoming our own little traveller this past holiday season and taking it slow as we navigate life as new parents, thank you to everyone who has trusted me to help plan their trips. My Favorites: Resort Edition!
Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter is my favorite Disney moderate resort.
This quaint resort is home to the famous Mickey Beignets! Along with only one bus stop to take guests to the theme parks, you can take a relaxing boat ride to visit Disney Springs. The ambience here is wonderful and it's just steps (or a boat ride) away from Port Orleans - Riverside. 🎷

Fun Fact: This was our honeymoon resort almost 7 years ago!
