👑 Character Dining Fit For A Princess 👑

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall will be opening its doors once again on Nov. 4!

This dining experience is found at the Norway pavilion in the World Showcase at EPCOT and gives guests a taste of Norwegian cuisine.

Aside from the delicious eats and treats, what makes Akershus Royal Banquet Hall so special is it being home to a unique Storybook Dining featuring the Disney Princesses. As you indulge in the Norwegian-inspired fare, you can interact, take photos, and create lasting memories with some of your favorite princesses.

Reservations will be opening up for Akershus Royal Banquet Hall starting Oct. 24.

Big news! Starting tomorrow, some big changes are coming to the Walt Disney World Park Pass Reservation system!

🏰 Guests will be able to make park pass reservations together ~regardless of ticket type.

🗓 Park passes may be modified instead of having to cancel and rebook.

🎟 If guests have multiple tickets, they will be able to choose which ticket they want to use for the park pass reservation.

🚝 Guests will be able to select park passes for up to 30 people - up from 12.

During my family's most recent Disney World Trip we had the honor of staying at Disney's Polynesian Resort- One of my bucketlist Disney Resorts ! We had considered other options but after contemplating on the perks of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel- We couldn't resist!

You have access to all 4 theme parks 30 minutes before the general public.
2️⃣Complimentary & Convenient Transportation-Between the bus, monorail, Disney Skyliner, boats & even walking, there are a plethora of free transportation options available for you. Plus transportation is consistent/frequent.
3️⃣Extended Evening Hours-
A benefit for registered guest staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts & Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts. You have the ability to enjoy extended evening hours at select theme parks on select nights!

( We definitely took advantage of this perk on our most recent trip ! Scored Remy's Ratatouille’s Adventure and Frozen Ever After at Epcot- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom- We felt we were VIP- zipped thru the lines - We went during Spring Break so the standby lines were so long!

🛳 Breaking Cruise News:
Effective for sailings beginning on or after January 13th, 2022, all guests ages 5 and up must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines fully vaccinated as 14 days after receiving:
A single- dose of an accepted 1-dose vaccine or the second dose of an accepted 2-dose vaccine.

Guests who are not vaccine-eligible because of age must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken between 3 days and 24 hours before their sail date. Guests ages 5-11 may complete these testing requirements in lieu of being fully vaccinated for sailings that depart BEFORE January 13th, 2022. Guests 4 and under must complete these testing requirements.

🚢 BREAKING NEWS: Disney Cruise Line will resume sailings to the Bahamas on the Disney Dream: August 9th!!!
Here are some of the health and safety protocols that have been put in place in order to set sail once again:

✅ All Guests must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test (at the Guests’ expense) taken between 5 days and 24 hours prior to the sail date.

✅ All guests will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test provided by Disney, in the terminal prior to boarding and comply with other health and safety requirements. The $65 test fee will be charged to the folio of all Guests 12 years and older.

✅ For cruises departing from Florida through December 31, 2021, guests 12 years and older must provide proof of a valid travel insurance policy

✅ Guests who are fully vaccinated may choose to provide proof of vaccination in order to be exempt from pre-trip and embarkation testing requirements (unless arriving from outside the United States) and travel insurance requirements.

✅ Guests ages 2 and older are required to wear a face covering on the ship and at our terminals , except in designated areas and situations

Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and availability and may be subject to advance reservations.
